1. Processing and Shipping Times

All orders placed on SeikoMod-Watch.com are processed with the utmost care and shipped as quickly as possible.

πŸ”Ή Preparation Time: Our watches are custom-made, requiring precise assembly and thorough quality control. Processing time is estimated between 5 to 10 business days before shipping.
πŸ”Ή Shipping: Once prepared, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, and a tracking number is sent to the customer via email.
πŸ”Ή Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.


2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping service.

πŸ”Ή Europe: 8 to 20 business days (including 7 to 10 days for assembly in our workshops)

3. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. This number can be used to follow the package in real-time via the carrier's website.

πŸ“Œ Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing the order. In the case of an incorrect address or absence at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer.


4. Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside our primary shipping zone may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Unclaimed or Refused Orders

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to a refusal to pay customs fees, incorrect address, or repeated absence at delivery, return and reshipping costs will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.

No refund will be issued for packages abandoned or destroyed by customs.


6. Damage or Loss During Shipping

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure safe delivery.

  • If a package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must refuse the delivery and request a written report from the carrier.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier and attempt to resolve the issue within 30 days.

  • No claims for loss or theft will be accepted once delivery is confirmed. We recommend choosing a secure delivery option if needed.


7. Wrong Item or Defective Product

If the customer receives an incorrect or defective item, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the item received.

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

  • No claims will be accepted after 7 days following delivery.
