These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on SeikoMod-Watch.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

2. Purpose

These T&Cs define the terms and conditions of sale for the products offered on SeikoMod-Watch.com, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales.

3. Products

The watches and accessories sold on SeikoMod-Watch.com are custom products, compatible with Seiko models, but not official Seiko products.

The Customer acknowledges that the products are handcrafted modifications and are not covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Product photos are non-contractual and provided for illustrative purposes only.

4. Orders and Validation

Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud or breach of these conditions.

Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

5. Pricing and Payment

Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure payment method offered on the site.

In case of payment refusal by the bank, the order will be automatically canceled.

Modified watches come with a 2-year commercial warranty provided by the Seller.

Any improper use (impacts, unauthorized immersion, or further modifications) voids the warranty.

The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

Information collected during purchases is used solely to process orders and is never sold to third parties.
