Refund Policy
Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any justification or pay any penalties.
However, this right does not apply to customised products made according to the customer's specifications, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
Article 2 – Return Procedure
All return requests must be submitted via email to [email address], clearly stating the order number and the reason for the return.
A confirmation and return instructions will be sent to the customer by email.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and including all accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.
Article 3 – Refund Timeframe and Method
In accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or upon receiving proof of shipment provided by the customer.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Article 4 – Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the product is defective or does not match the order, the customer has 30 days from the date of receipt to report the issue to [email address]. An exchange or refund process will be initiated after verifying the issue.
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by our company, and a prepaid return label will be provided.
Article 5 – Exceptions to Refunds
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect:

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
